birthdate entry is month first

looks like everyboby is getting mikey as the code.

Once you've completed the survey it says, just above the entry form, your code is XXXXX (mine was mikey I think). The whole sentence is in bold, it's not that obvious as it's mixed in with the "thank you" blah blah blah, but it is there.

yeah i got that too however above the survey it says this
