I contacted Cravendale about the missing code that they had taken off me and they replied with an apology and re-instated the code.
I used the contact us form at the bottom of their page, it took a few days for their reply.0 -

I swear that there is something fishy with the milkmatters site this time. Yet again one of my "full milk bottles" has gone. I only needed 2 codes, but logged on today to find that I now need 3!! Annoyed, as I had 2 codes to enter thinking that I could now send off for my first set, only to find out I actually now need another code. Bah, get your act together, Cravendale!
Same thing happened with me, I just logged on to enter the code they emailed and one had gone. What they give with one hand they take away with the other! I have emailed them. Now our son has left home we don't get through so much milk and I thought with the one I was going to buy tonight I would have enough.0 -
