Hello,
I have two application forms that I need to get done by Thursday, and they both have this:
Chart
Please draw a chart showing your position or most recent organisation
??????? I have never seen anything like this in a form. I currently work as an Events Assistant in an arts venue (nothing fancy. just cleaning tables and serving food and drinks!). Please help me!!!

I guess, but don't know, that they are looking for an organisation chart to see how you fit in to the overall company structure. Maybe it is to weed out 'managers' who don't 'manage' for example.
So, do you have a team leader, then manager, then senior manager then CEO for example.
Perhaps it is a bit of a trick question to see if you put yourself first, or the boss first.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
I remember when I was first employed at the company, they showed me a diagram/chain of all the departments and staff. I was pretty much at the bottom. I will be in tomorrow so I'll ask the duty manager if he could show it to me.0

Not that I work there (the link I posted) just an idea and OP, your company should have one but they may ask why you need it. See if there is one on the local drive on a pc at work maybe? Or one in your hand book?RuthnJasper wrote: »MissSarah is right - this is exactly the sort of thing they mean.0
