"iqor" chasing debt from previous occupant?

Apologies if this is on the wrong board, not really sure where to put it.
There was a letter put through the door addressed to a previous occupant. I say addressed, it was just their name so it has just been put through the letterbox. I have no forwarding address for them and being nosy, opened it. It's a calling card to say a representative called today regarding payment of an account (to the tune of £6k)
Do I
a) ignore it
b) call them and say the previous owner has moved on
c) something else I haven't thought of?
We've been here a few months now and this is the first debt collection type thing I have seen.
Thanks

do nothing, as you should never open someone elses postDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I got a similar card (from a company called LCS), for a previous occupant.
I didn't need to open it, because it wasn't in an envelope.
It gave a date range, during which they said they would call, and included an 0844 number to call "should the date and time not be convenient".
No consideration of the possibility, that the addressee no longer lives here.
I ignored it and, so far as I can tell, nobody called.0 -
