reclaiming late fees etc from british gas - help with letter please!

looking to do a similar reclaim letter as for the bank charges-

Does anyone know how I amend the bit (in red) relating to Bank lending code, to relevant (Ofgem?) rules?

I have got list of the charges already... many thanks.
