Appologies for posting on this board but I know the OS people are very friendly. Ive found a fantastic pair of curtains in a charity shop and dont know if they shall fit my windoes.
Mines a bay and if just measures my current ones using a tape measure and the curtains dangling now on 64" inches down and 63" accross thats each curtain of the pair.
As these are ready made ones what is the minimum size in ready made terms please these can be to fit my windows? many thanks in advance and if they fit im running off to get them now:j

The general rule is to measure the pole or track. Then take note of your drop.

Curtains from a charity shop may have been washed and shrunk slightly so they may say a certain drop on thelable but it might be an inch or two shorter if you measure - so measure!!

If your window is say 72" Wide, a pair of 72" width curtains will fit it, each curtain being 72" wide before being gathered up.

Yes, tape top has strings in to pull and gather. Can be used on a track or pole.

Width normally comes first, so 66x72 is 66 wide, 72 drop.
