Durable headphones

I need to buy some headphones, one set for my 11 year old and another for myself to keep at work. My 11 year old has a habit of pulling them out by the wire ( I have explained not to do this) and I will need to pull mine out quickly to answer the phone, plus they will be knocking around in my desk or handbag.
Is there such a thing as cheap headphones that will survive a bit of rough handling? Sound quality is secondary, my main requirement is cheapness and durability.
TIA,
SM

No idea which is durable. You might just get cheap headphone and don't bother if your 11 years old break it. Or go wireless such that there is no cable.0

My son pulls his out by the wire as well. He's had the official Ipod ones that cost £25 down to pairs from the 99p shop and none of them has lasted very long. He's had the above pair for 2 months and they are still working, that's a record for him.:D0 -
Thanks to both of you for your replies. The Argos ones should do the job fine for both our needs, perhaps I could look at cordless ones later for Christmas pressie.0
