Leaving debts with 0% APR out of a DMP?

I'm considering a DMP, probably with CCCS. I know it's advised that every unsecured debt is included, but if I have a creditor who is already charging 0% interest can I leave that out? (It was a three year interest-free credit deal, two years of which is paid for already.) There's only a couple of hundred quid left on it and smallish repayments (£17/month).
