OK, so they are saying they would waive the fee if you stayed with them.
Given you would pay a £200 product fee anyway, in order to save max £400, personally I would keep the flexibility of being able to move anywhere. Apart from a possible ERC you would have a deeds release fee, typically about £200 if you move.I am a Mortgage Adviser

thanks Rick, I just spoke to SW though and they told me that SVR isn't open to me at the moment as I'm moving house and not just borrowing more on my current one... fairy snuff!
I don't mind staying with them, they're pretty good. just means in Jan when i want to change mortgage I'll have to stick with them for another 2 years, and then can move._____________________________________________
