hi
a friend of mine is in discussion with her head, about a new job in september she is a qualified nursery nurse and has worked at the school for 5 years then she took 5 years out and went back in sept 2006.
the head wants her to go into another role to cover ppa time and have more responsibility i think he said it was a sld role.
well she would like like to compare the pay scale, i have tried looking on education bradford for her but it doesn't show any pay scales/ structures.
does anyone know where else i can this info from.
thank you michelle

I am teaching assistant and had a quick look on the North Yorkshire County Council website to see if there were any similar jobs advertised. I also cover PPA time and am paid at a higher pay scale - and sometimes the job is retitled as a Cover Supervisor. I think there was one on there so this might give you an idea of the pay scales.
