    Can I ask other winners how long it takes them to text/email you. I had the email yesterday to say I'd won but I haven't heard anything else and panicking as I'm supposed to reply within 10 days

    i got mine 3 days after winning, they text a code to your mobile and you use it online to confirm your tickets :)
