Time between buying and re-selling

I'm currently looking at a very cheap flat near where I live that I'm sure I could buy and sell very quickly for a small profit.
Is there a period of time that must expire between buying the flat and re-selling it, or can I sell it on right away?
Thanks for any advice.

if you are buying it from a private individual, e.g. not a housing association or local authority you could sell it straight away, if looking for a mrotgage ensure it has no early repayment charges and keep fee's low as possible - also make sure on interest only.I am a Mortgage Adviser
