As it's 15 months old, odds-on it's out of manufacturers warranty. That means your best bet is to try Currys I guess.
I doubt they'll be much help, but will probably be able to arrange for it to be fixed (at cost).0 -
you miss understood i got it the Christmas that's just gone its only 5 months old0

A quick google and found the fuji site for the uk with a list of numbers - give them a call and see what they say. Welcome to Mse always good to see new members.

I would take it back to Currys, it comes with 12 month warrenty.
I'm sure i remember reading that its up to the shop that sold you the item to deal with the product if it fails, its the retailers responsility to send it back to manufacturer. Knowing currys they will probably try to fob you off, but if i was you i would expect them to replace the item as its only 5 months old.
When my cheapo camera from argos broke, took it back and they gave me another so don't see why currys should be different0 -
Unlss you buy curry's own warrantee then your issue is with the manufacturer and crry's will send it back for you and then fuji will fix it.
it will be quicker for you to sent it tofuli yourself i am sure but if it goes through curry's you wont have to pay for postage.
VickyjThe glass is always half full, no exceptions !!:D

Your issue is NOT with the manufacturer (Sale of Goods Act 1979!)
Take it back to Currys. Since it's less than 6 months old they'll definately repair/replace it for you.0 -

Currys are a waste of space, you would have been better off sending it direct to Fuji. I sent my faulty camera back to Fuji on a Tuesday, they acknowledged receipt on the Wednesday, got an email on the Thursday saying it was fixed, got it back by Special Delivery on the Friday.
4 days in total.
Well done Fuji.:T0 -

I disagree completely! I've been in Currys trying to get someone to pay attention to me so that I could buy a washing machine - they weren't even interested then!
