I found the Octonauts figure rescue pack with Barnicles, tunip, and various creatures (pictured in link below), and the same sized one with Kwazii and a treasure chest and creatures, for £4.99 each in B+M today. They are £9.99 in most places.

I had also been searching for some of the rarer figures. (The figure and creature packs that are usually around £5). Son wanted Dashi, Inkling and Tunip and I couldn't get them anywhere. Finally found all 3 in my local Boots city centre store! £6 each but in the 3 for 2 so worked out £4 each. Thought I'd mention in case anyone else is struggling to get them. They are going for loads on Ebay!

Makro (Queensferry) had the octonauts Gup-B & Kwazii for £5+vat, and the Gup-X for £20+vat. They had other bits at brilliant prices too, these were just the ones I bought.

It has a really detailed pop up octopod inside plus press out versions of the characters. I've bought two for Christmas to save the girls fighting over it!

Called into my local elc last week and seen the Gup D & Barnacles and Gup B & Kwazii both in the half price sale reduced from £16.99 to £8.49 but did not have my debit card, I later tried to order online, but they weren't showing at all on the website. Went in today and they were still in the sale, bought them for my little boy! Shame this deal seems to be instore only!

went into my local ELC and the GUP A was £9.99..sent partner back in to get one as i had my hands full and they had all gone so have been searching online and toys r us have them for £15.00 and also Tesco for £14.77 (they are £20 ish in most places)

Barnacles and Kwazii are listed under the same stock number but if you ring customer services 0845 640 3030 they can ring the store to check that they have both versions in stock.

This was on amazon for £17.99 a couple of weeks ago - kicking myself that I didn't order it when I saw it.

The on-the-go pods I've linked to above are RRP at least!

Not sure what you mean by "all"? If you mean is it possible to get all the main characters by buying various different sets then the answer is a qualified yes - some are rather more difficult to get hold of than others e.g. Tweak, Dashi and Inkling. I haven't seen characters such as Pinto come out yet and not all the creatures have been issued (my bank balance thanks Mattel for that reprieve LOL) Here's the main Fisher-Price page so you can see what they list it's not complete and it doesn't list other items such as books/ bedlinen etc.

The sets I'm aware of that come on the market very recently are
Gup-e with Peso - was on amazon for £17.99 a couple of weeks ago but now only on ebay
On-the-go pod with Barnacles - £14.99 at Argos
On-the-go pod with Kwazii - ditto
Shellington and the Swell Shark which an amazon seller has for £19.99 but which Asda mention in their listing of assorted playsets for £10.97
