For those who can take advantage the GUP-B and GUP-D packs are half price in Argos @£7.99 and £7.49 respectively - unfortunately there are none left for home delivery.
I've found some in Eastbourne, Old Kent Road, Walworth Road and Camden if that helps.
If you know of any other offers please add them below.

Home Bargains have Kwazii and Peso Cushions, priced at £2.99 each.
Free collect at store if you are near one:
http://www.homebargains.co.uk/search.aspx?searchterms=Octonauts
We were able to buy a Captain Barnacles one in store recently (when they only seemed to have Captain Barnacles/Kwazii ones online and instore) so worth checking when you're in store/collect your order in case you want the set!
Hope this helps other Octomummys and Daddys xx0 -

They're a group of anthropomorphic creatures (polar bear, sea otter, penguin, cat, dog and rabbit) that live in an octopus shaped HQ at the bottom of the ocean for the purpose of protecting the sea creatures (?!) and entertaining 3-5 year oldsEat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Our daughter is octonauts mad at the moment and it was her birthday last week so I did a lot of octonaut hunting myself... This is what i was able to find (as well as the Gup's mentioned by the OP)
I ordered the octopod playset from Asda about 10 - 14 days ago for £23.97 - most other places had it for between £28 and £36. it is showing as OOS but here is the link anyway:
http://direct.asda.com/Octonauts-Octopod-Playset---T7016/000739818,default,pd.html
Tesco has some offers on in their clearance toys but seems to be hit and miss. I saw the Captain Barnacles set for £2.50 in my local store but we had already bought this one and the one with Peso in earlier in the summer
http://www.tesco.com/direct/octonaughts-two-figure-pack/215-7482.prd?skuId=215-7482&pageLevel=
Tesco also have the Gup A for £15 which was cheaper than anywhere else i could find it at the time: http://www.tesco.com/direct/octonauts-gup-a-propel-dive-figure/211-5749.prd?skuId=211-5749&pageLevel=
The book people also have some Octonauts books in stock... We got hardback the big book of ocean adventures in for £3 (plus additional p&p)- rrp is £14.99 - 6 stories in one book.
Anybody looking for an octonauts birthday cake might find it difficult in the shops (without paying for a specially made one) but I found a seller on ebay (by searching under Octonauts cake topper) who prints Octonauts pictures onto an extremely thin sheet of icing which can be then laid on top of a plain or iced cake. I paid £4.50 which included p&p - Our daughter was over the moon when she saw it.
The Dashi / Tweak / Inkling / Shellington small figure packs seem really hard to find - by pot luck our local toys r us had the Tweak and Shellington packs on separate visits. One asda assistant did tell me that these small character packs all have the same barcode so beware of just quoting the barcode as you could end up with 5 Captain Barnacles or Kwazii's which seem to be everywhere!
Home Bargains also had an octonauts single bedding set for £3.99 - we got that probably at the end of July and have not seen them since so they could have sold out. We were able to order the Peso cushion into store as we were lucky enough to find the Barnacles and Kwazii on a larger branch locally.
Can you tell we like Octonauts in this house?!!! :rotfl:Anyway hope that helps someone!
Explore. Rescue. Protect!!To infinity and beyond - but mostly to Tesco!:D0 -

It's not as good as the Argos offer but Play have the Gup D for £10.89 at the moment if Argos has none in stock near you

If you can collect from a Tesco near you the Gup-B and Gup-D are £10 each on Tesco Direct - they're either £5 more expensive or £5 cheaper on the shelf depending on whether the price has been reduced at your local store. http://www.tesco.com/direct/search-results/results.page?searchquery=gup&catId=4294967294
But Play have the DVD First Collection (3 discs=24 episodes) for £9.99 delivered
I've just added a link to a 10% code for Debenhams in the post aboveEat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Typical - decide to check post and go to Gup-X and Shipwreck links and Debenhams OOS! Did get the Gup-A from Amazon for £15 (easier for us than Tesco collection at same price) and Gup-C from Debenhams for £14.40 so that's my son's Christmas presents nearly sorted, thank you for info and daska for code.
Note to self: must keep an eye on here more often!! xx0
