It was the What Mobile site - I never just use a direct link and a virus or trojan can be downloaded from any site whether reputable or not

What Mobile is a reputable site but things can happen outwith their control

Thanks for the comp OP, unfortunatly I too got Malicious URL trojan blocked by Avast from What Mobile site:(.
