Its normally quite clear in thier T&Cs that they dont ship until ate least 28 days have passed (i.e. you havnt cancelled the order, sent the phone back, have paid your 1st direct debit).

Never had a freebie, but have also had 3 phones on cashback scheme with no problems - just remember to claim at the right times and send the letters by recorded delivery (its woth 65p for you 60+ quid cash back).

I would definitely recommend them. I've been with them for almost a year now, I have had all of my cashback without any problems at all and also received a PSP. There was a problem with the PSP and Sony fixed it under warranty with no quibbles. My husband has also just taken out a contract with them. You just need to remember to send your cashback claims in as if you miss one then you cannot claim any future ones but if you set up a diary reminder on your phone or computer then you'll not forget. Dialaphone send you a list of all the dates that you need to send your cashback claims in when your phone arrives so it is easy to work out which bills need to be sent.
