Endowments: Sell or Keep?

The NU policy is with NU itself - always has been. So no orphan assets windfall for me then?
I got a few quotes for the NU policy last year and the best offer was about £1000 higher than the surrender value, so if that's still the case I guess it'd make selling look an even better option.
I couldn't find anyone interested in the Pru one - seemingly because half was invested in equities.
With the figures you've given, it's a close call. I guess the main factor will be my attitude to risk: take the money now and go for certainty or ride it out and see what happens.
Anyone got a crystal ball?
Again, thanks for taking the time to look at this.0
