Hi need advice for a relative of mine that has agreement with employer through acas for unpaid wages, under the agreement the money was to be in the bank account on Friday but was not paid by employer.
What is the next step if the money is not in the account tomorrow Monday. Any help would be appreciated. :T

If the agreement was under a COT3 then they would have to treat it as a debt - so letter before action and if it isn't then paid, a small claims court.0
