1) The competition will run from 3rd September 2012
2) Closing date for entries is 12.80pm (BST) on 8th October 2012
3) Entry to the competition is free.
4) No purchase necessary.
5) The competition is open to individual residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of Just-Eat, their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents, or anyone connected with this competition.
6) Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified
7) You can find out the name of the winner of this competition by emailing facebook@just-eat.co.uk
8) Winners will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize, as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9) 1 x winner will be drawn at random from all entries on 8th October 2012 from all entries received prior to the close of the competition. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days from the draw date. The winner has 28 working days to confirm acceptance of their prize, otherwise Just-Eat reserves the right to redraw the prize.
10) a. The prize includes 1 nights’ accommodation at 4* Bay Hotel & Spa in 2 X economy rooms, VIP experience at Sailors nightclub, including entry, queue jump, access to VIP area and 70cl vodka and selection of mixers.
b. You and your chosen guests will be responsible for travel insurance, transport to and from Newquay and all other personal expenses.
c. All guests must have a valid machine readable passport or driving licence.
d. Travel is available up to the end of August 2013 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended.
e. The prize winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice before preferred departure date.
f. No cash alternative is available, prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
g. All individuals must be 18 years of age or older.
h. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.
11) Completion and submission of an online competition entry form will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
