2 Free Mugs and 4 Way Pen

This is a message for the representatives of the house of commons. I was not in iraqi waters, i apologise profusely for entering iranian waters, but im sure you will understand, i simply had to retrieve my 4 in 1 pen when it went over board and the current inevitably took it into iranian waters where i was captured and had my free mugs confiscated for examination........
