Reclaiming PPI

Hi all,

As anyone heard about reclaiming your Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) on any loans etc.

I heard on Friday (Radio 5) that the same people that found that the bank charges were unfair have also said that many PPI payments were miss sold and hence can be raclaimed.

Does anyone know about this ???

I think this is correct if, for example, you were self-employed and wouldn't be covered by the policy and declared this on your application.

Here is a section of a post on the internet about it:

Citizens Advice urged people with payment protection insurance to check their policies.

"If, having done this, they think they may have been mis-sold payment protection insurance, they should complain to the firm concerned and ask for a full refund".
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D
