ET Statement of Losses?

I have been on the employer side in the past of ET's but never on the employee side. However, I may find myself in this situation soon and wish to self represent. The one thing that concerns me is the schedule of losses? How do you come up with a figure for something like discrimination or damage to feelings?! Where there is no real calculation involved and no cap it is difficult to calculate!
Thank you

If you put the phrase Vento Damages into a search engine it will come up with the three levels of damages available in successful claims for damages to feelings in ET discrimination cases.0
