Loan

Options
Hi

Just a quick question. My wife has a loan with Barlcays which has the following payments left on it:

63 months @ £235.59 = £14861.07. This includes PPI rate 7.765%.
The amount left is £10,600.

The only way to cancel the PPI is to redo the loan...

I have read on this website where Martin advises to check that in the end savings are to be made.

I have spoken with barlcays and could take out a new loan for £11000 over 60 months rate 6.3%. Total payable is £13084.00. New monthly payment is £218.08. We are going to take out a separate policy with Antinsurance

This is saving £1777.00 over the lenght of the loan. When I spoke to Barlcays over the phone they said that a courier would come out wait till we have signed and agreed the forms. Then when the monies will go in and pay my wifes loan.

Has ayone else had a courier to come out???
