My stepfather had bladder cancer, which he thought he'd beaten, but the cancer moved to his lungs.
He recently had scans which appear to show that the tumors have shrunk, so fingers crossed that they will continue to do so.Life's what you make it....

Life beyond voluntary work scares me, but what else is there?

I've beaten breast cancer and it makes you a stronger person, but to have beaten that nasty disease twice....wow
