Can I demand a new replacement TV?
I bought a 40" Samsung LCD from Apollo 2000 after 6 months it developed a fault, the built in digital tuner for the freeview channels froze. Apollo took it away sent it to their repair centre at Birmingham and I eventually got it back after one full month they had fixed the problem but it came back with a new fault, the picture is dark and the brightness control does nothing, also when the TV was returned it was well packed in a box but had been transported upside down I've lost confidence in this TV now can I demand a new replacement.

Unlikely, the store will probably send it off again for repair, log the complaint with the store and deal with head office, your complaint is that the tv has been away for a month and this new repair is going to inconveniance you, after all you havent spent that amount of money to see it spend 2 month in the repair centre, you could try demanding an identical load set and then keeping it and state they have exchanged it or simply go down the route of the repair was not successful and then demand an exchange or refund, if you bought it by credit card you could start to mount presure on them that the goods are not fit for purpose."Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0
