ET - contact Respondant or their solicitor

Hi,

I am taking my employer to an employment tribunal. I have submitted the list of documents to my employer then got a reply from a solicitor asking for copies of these documents. I provided these docs to them, but have now received a letter from my employer asking for these as well!

Do I have to provide these to my employer too, it was my understanding that all correspondence goes through representatives if appointed?

Also, they have not provided the said list of documents to me and it's a week past the deadline, only a mishmash of documents with nothing to refer too. Grrr, this is frustrating

just send a letter to the employer and to their reps that you already provided copies on such to them and give the date that they where sent. also state in that letter that as yo have not received the documents that they where required to disclose that you will be bringing the non disclosure to the attention of the court.
