Dental treatment done without my consent -- advice needed

If you are just taking the nerve out then it is good practice to use one but I wouldnt say essential. If you are in for an emergency appointment then there may not be enough time to get it al on. I try to use one but I am less concerned because I know when I get the same patient back for the actual treatment the hard work starts and I have time to get it all done preperly.
You can get some leakage around the outside of the dam sometimes. i usually use something called block out gel to seal off voids.0 -
