Best digital camcorder for indoor recording

Purchased a Canon MV6iMC from the BT shop offers a few months back but was very disapointed with the quality of indoor recording(very grainy picture). Canon now returned to BT & looking for another camcorder but with better indoor recording quality(kids birthdays, xmas etc)

Like the look of the Panasonic GS-120 digital camcorder.
Best price I've found is £476.09 from Ebuyer

Any alternatives and/or better prices out there????
