Dead Game Free on Kindle for a limited time only, a great book, well worth a read, here is one of the reviews on Amazon
Dead Game is the most wonderful read. I couldn't put this book down, it grabbed my attention from the first page. It is a fantasy but again much more than that. It is a story of bravery, heroism, friendship and love. It's a believable and poignant allegory. It's a story of loss but also of hope, and I guarantee you will walk every step of the way with Archie Fletcher on his journey through Transit.
Just to add, it's nice to see a book by a British author on the free book list.

“Dead Game” is inspired by Claire’s dear cousin Charles, a Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineer (REME), deployed in 2003 to Paderborn, Germany, who tragically died, aged 24, in a freak transport accident the day after he returned from serving a six month period in Iraq. The book focuses on stimulating topics such a person’s final destination and the life after death. It is an allegorical story of bravery, acceptance, friendship, trust, love and is the ultimate adventure propelled by the inconceivable motivation to survive.
I paid for my copy a while ago,( some of the profits go to Help for Heroes) but enjoyed it, so I thought it was worth sharing.0
