This is in the fine print:This deal is valid only in the Bristol, Leeds, Manchester and Southampton areas that are covered within the Ocado delivery postcodes
That's a shame

It works everywhere though.Mortgage Free aged 31 :j Thanks, Martin and MSE! :money:0 -
From the fine print on the LivingSocial deal page:Delivery Pass membership will automatically renew at the end of the initial 6-month period, and thereafter every 6 months, at the full price of £49.99 per 6 months. Ocado will email customers 28 days before the initial 6-month period expires to remind of the auto-renewal. Auto-renewal can be cancelled any time by calling Ocado on 0845 399 1122.0

I signed up for this deal via LivingSocial website having received it in the MoneySupermarket email letter. I didn't see the small print that it is only valid in certain geographic areas. I used the voucher fine on the Ocado website and received a receipt by email with a £50 credit and free delivery, the food arrived then I got an email with the free delivery pass so all seemed fine up to this point.
But I have now discovered that my credit card has been charged the full cost i.e. without the £50 credit. When I rang Ocado they said this was because I wasn't in the appropriate delivery area. So how come the website accepted it and I was sent a receipt showing the credit? They have suggested I get a refund from LivingSocial but unfortunately I cannot as it's more than 7 days.
Has anybody else had the same problem and managed to resolve it? I'm waiting for a call back now from Ocado.0 -
@JeremyPorteous - what was the outcome for you?
Having been notified through MSE that the voucher would apply irrespective of your location, I also purchased the voucher. I have not yet used mine and I am just about to do so.

My first delivery went through fine, with free delivery as expected. However, now I am trying to place another one and cannot get free delivery except for the slots that everyone gets free (10.30pm on a Saturday night, for example!). I am not seeing full price slots either though, they are all 99p-£2.99 which is baffling! Has anyone else had a similar problem?Mortgage Free aged 31 :j Thanks, Martin and MSE! :money:0

Ocado honoured the deal and refunded the overcharge so good news in the end! The free delivery voucher is something that comes a few days later.0

it may be area specific, I have many free delivery slots but another area might not
I read on MSE that the green delivery slots mean there is another delivery in your area. I have many of these and choose them as I initially thought they were more environmentally friendly.0
