A spoon full of tomato puree helps the lycopene go down... The lycopene go down... its the most delightful way.

The ordinary tomatoes are not going to contain much lycopene. For that you need the concentrated dark red colour of fully sun ripened Italian varieties. You'd do better with tinned tomatoes but the concentrated puree will have far more lycopene than the pallid dutch supermarket fresh tasteless apology for a tomato.
If I were Savvy I couldn't put up with the restriction of not being able to go naked into the sunshine, I'd invest in in a home sunbed and buy my own UVB tubes and get a short burst every day until my skin regained it's natural sunscreen ability. Our white skins evolved to live in the open, naked at this latitude. Savvy has become maladapted to her natural envrionment and is conseqently disabled as a result. I'm sure with persistance this disability can be overcome and her skins natural resistance to UVB regained by healthy eating and regular healthy limited exposure to natural sunlight. Oily fish every other day, sardines in tomato sauce with extra tomato puree for lycopene sandwiches, sweet pototoes (beta carotene) carrots red peppers and GREEN TEA by the bucketful, if you can't drink the stuff then wash in it. You don't have to be disabled in this way. You can overcome this disability by sensible healthy eating and regular LIMITED exposure, but cheating, by ensuring you get on average 4000iu of cholecaciferol Vit d3 every day from a high strength supplement will speed up the process and protect you from the most common deadly cancers as it primes your skin to do what nature intended and tan easily and quickly when exposed to healthy sunlight rather than burning.
If Celts had historically burnt with the first rays of sun shining on them they'd have been victims of natural selecion and gone the way of dinosaurs. Daily herring and outdoor living must have been part of the survival strategy. So let this be the year Savvy overcomes her disability and regains her natural right and ability to go topless without fear of burning.
