My pink DAB radio says delivered to customer by Yodel yesterday morning too, although I chose store delivery, and I haven't received it. So not sure what's going on, did you manage to get anywhere with phonecall?

Mine said the same on the tracking, so I went into my store and they did indeed have the radio so if it says delivered I'd got into the store with your confirmation email.

If anyone hasn bought the radio for a gift, I would check it first. Got mine this morning, and the buttons don't press down properly, so I can't adjust the volume down,get info, or use the >button.
Going back unfortunately.

got my Magicbox on Sunday and to be honest it is not that bad. All my buttons work and the sound is OK for a little radio. It is for my bedroom so never really going to have it that loud!

I also had mine delivered to store and it said it was via Yodel. All that meant was it was delivered to your store by them. Take your order email to the store you selected and insist they check the deliveries if they cannot find it on the system as when I got mine it said "not on list" on a little hand written sticker on it.

Just picked up the IPod speakers and had a 2012 Olympic teddy given to my son for fredwhie I was waiting to collect so that was a bonus! :T
