Lidl half-price weekend offers Sat. 15th - Sun. 16th September.

Well went in at lunchtime and they had none of the sausages left!, how on earth can they claim this as a weekend special if they run out by lunch on the saturday?

Same here Millie, they ought to spread the deals out. Say half Sat and half Sun.

I think they do that in ours, at least they used to

They spread them over the weekend here in Fife with a fresh supply being put out on Sunday morning but as always with the popular items, you still have to get there early, by lunchtime, there has been 4 hours of shoppers going through the store.

They also have a limit of 6 of each item per person which helps a little (sometimes)

I saw what was obviously a couple doing their shopping together yesterday morning right up to the point when they reached the checkout them the man took 6 of each of the offers out of the trolly and paid for them seperately before putting them back into the empty trolly his partner had brought round to the front and you guessed it, she had 6 of each on the belt waiting to go through.
