It says in the terms and conditions that the first 10,000 people will get a sample kit I saw that it says good luck in their competition after you submit but here's a quote from the terms and it also says it on one of the free samples sites i use

4. There will be 10,000 free sample kits to give away to the first 10,000 people to
apply.
5. Once requested, the sample packs will be received within a minimum of 2 weeks.
6. Closing date 31.10.2012 or when the 10,000 sample kits have run out.

So if you get in quick enough you'll get a kit

however, when clicking to enter the "competition" you receive the message

"We're really sorry.....Due to exceptionally high demand we have no more samples to give away."

So looks like it's closed now
