    1. The Promotion is open to United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents, aged 12 years or over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents and anyone else professionally connected to the Promotion.
    2. Entrants aged 12-15 years inclusive must provide a parent's email address and telephone number on entry and their parent/guardian will be emailed notifying them of their child's entry into the Promotion. Any child under the age of 12 should ask their parent/guardian to enter the Promotion on their behalf.
    3. If a parent/guardian wishes to remove their child's entry from the Promotion, please call the Consumer Care line on UK 0800 783 4321
    4. There will be one weekly draw across all promotional packs from Monday 7th May until midnight on Sunday 23rd September 2012. Pack distribution dates differ please see below for details:

    10. One video shoot plus a cheque for £500 for travel expenses and five silver iPod shuffles to be won weekly.
    11. No Purchase Necessary (NPN) route only available in Northern Ireland. To enter without purchase, send a stamped addressed envelope, and your name, full postal address, email address, phone number and date of birth clearly written in block capitals on a plain piece of paper. If the entrant is 12 to 15 years old inclusive then the postal entry will be required from their parent. Your entry will be entered into the first available weekly draw.

    15. Your entry must be received by the Promoter by the closing date for your entry to be valid.
    16. Incomplete, damaged, misdirected and illegible entries will not be included in the weekly draw. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that cannot be sent or are not received for any reason whatsoever, nor for any entries that are delayed or corrupted. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
    17. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
    18. In the unlikely event of a pack not having a legible code contact the Consumer Care line on UK 0800 783 4321 or ROI 1850 924 632. Proof of illegible pack codes may be required in these instances.
    19. There are a total of 20 (1 per week over 20 weeks) video shoot prizes which will be provided with a £500 cheque to be won. There are a total of 100 (5 per week over 20 weeks) silver iPod shuffles to be won.
    20. The video shoot prize consists of a starring role for the winner and 3 friends in their own music video. The video shoot session is 1 hour 45 minutes plus a 30 minute lunch break and takes place on Saturdays and Sundays only. The earliest arrival time to the studio is 10.15am and departure is required by 12.45pm. Refreshments of sandwiches, snacks, and soft drinks will be provided. A professional crew of director, choreographer and make-up artist will be on hand. The winner will be allowed to select their own song. Outfit advice and accessories will be provided. There will be an award ceremony and prizes for the performers. Plus a souvenir DVD each for the winner and their friends. The winner will receive a cheque for £500 towards travel. Winners are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements. There are four locations to choose from for your video shoot - London, Brighton, Birmingham or Leeds. Full prize details and how to redeem your prize will be detailed in the winner's letter.
    21. Each weekly draw closes at midnight on Sunday. There will be one additional mop-up draw for all entries received after the close of the main promotion. The mop up draw closes at midnight on 27th January 2013.
    22. The mop up prize consists of 5 x silver iPods. 5 winners will be drawn from valid entries.
    23. Prize draw winners will be selected at random under independent supervision. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
    24. The winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw date on the email address provided. If the winner is 12 to 15 years inclusive their parent will be contacted via the email address provided on entry. All winners will then be contacted by telephone within 28 days of the draw date for confirmation of their name and address in order to confirm they are the winner and the delivery address for their prize.
    25. All prizes will be delivered by special delivery. The Promoter cannot be responsible for non-receipt of their winner's letter and cheque in the event of an incorrect address being provided. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the initial notification of winning, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
    26. For the video shoot prize the winner on receipt of their winner's letter and cheque must call 0845 467 6060 and arrange a Saturday or Sunday suitable to them to do their video shoot, confirming their preferred date and location from a choice of London, Brighton, Birmingham or Leeds. The date the winner wishes to book their video shoot is subject to availability and requires the winner to call at least 21 days prior to their preferred date. An alternative date will be offered if their preferred date is not available. Full prize redemption details for the video shoot will be provided in the winner's letter. The winner has until Sunday 22nd September 2013 to redeem their prize. If a video shoot booking is made by the winner or their parent and they then decide to change their video shoot booking date, then the date change must be made with more than 28 days-notice. A date change to a booking already made will not be allowed under the 28 days-notice period and in this instance the original date booking must be honoured or the winner will lose their prize.
    27. The winner does not have creative or editorial input into the video shoot on the day, or the final video edit. The prize winners will receive a licensed DVD product.
    28. No cash alternative in whole or in part to any of the stated prizes.
    29. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or the spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
    30. Material on the edited DVD, including text and images and video footage is protected by copyright. Copyright in all materials and / or works remains with Kerry Foods and Go-experience Ltd. The DVD soundtrack is subject to MCPS/PPL licences held by Go-experience Ltd. Go-experience Ltd hold a licence to duplicate and sell the soundtrack music to the participants of Go-pop video only. Go experience Ltd and Kerry Foods do not hold the right to broadcast the soundtrack and do not take any responsibility for this. If you upload the video content or sound track to the website you do so at your own risk and accept all liability in doing so. Unauthorised copying, public performance, broadcasting, sale or hiring of the video is strictly prohibited.
    31. Go-experience take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe experience and environment for all guests. These steps include but are not limited to: undertaking a full risk assessment at each experience venue, having sufficient facilitator to guest ratio, presenting a full and through health and safety explanation, ensuring all equipment and props are safe and thoroughly checked and having appropriate public liability insurance. All activities are undertaken at the guests own risk and the Promoter Kerry Foods and Go-experience cannot be responsible for claims for death, injury, damage or loss unless caused by the negligence of Go-experience. At no time should guests endanger themselves or others, take any unnecessary risks or infringe any laws. Guest should ensure they have adequate insurance to cover any activity they take part in.
    32. A list of major winners (names and counties) will be available for a three month period after 30th October 2012 on request to those sending a self-addressed envelope to Cheestrings Rock Star promotion, Kerry Foods Thorpe Lea Manor Thorpe Lea Road Egham Surrey TW20 8HY . The winner for the mop up draw will be available from 21st February 2013.
