I've just used the app for checking and desktop for printing....does the app keep a count of how many you use throughout the month?

I went to A's earlier, handed over a £9 APG from a £12 spend and SA's eyes shot out her head. I thought she was impressed as others have been in the past...cue phone call to report "one of those vouchers":eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
Apparently they have implemented a policy to have all £9+ APGs scrutinised. Cue SV coming over, saying it wouldn't have been possible to get that as £9 is 10% of £90 and I didn't spend anywhere near £90 (took a LOT of explaining)
In the end we went to CS desk, he input details to APG website, saw the value tallied with mine (didn't look at detailed results) and said I could use it
It was inconvenient and mildly annoying but given how well I've done out this glitch I won't be complaining :rotfl:
On the downside I now know I've been made as the manager was at CS desk and he said to me "you always seem to get good ones" (never seen the man before in my life!!. Not too worried as I move out of the flat in 5 weeks and will have a different local Mr A to visit soon
My concern is, the new receipt that I now have is a recalled transaction and I got it out of the till at the CS desk. In Mr S the CS desk is not linked up to the BM system, is A's the same? Any problem with recalled transactions?
Thanks
I had a trouting yesterday with an APG  They suspended the transaction while they verified it. Once it was verified, They retrieved the transaction. I then used that APG today in a different A's with no problems. It was just over £10 but today nothing was verified. The SA put it straight through:D Thanks SA:)You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you. ~John Wooden 154/06/2700 -

Browse the forum on your smart phone and see if your "search" button works any better on there than it does your PC/lappy:p:p

Still recovering after yesterdays trouting!!!0

Afternoon all - haven't been able to post since last week. Was looking after my 3 grand-children over the week-end, while my daughter & hubby went to London for a few days and went to see Lady Gaga.
I have been trying to catch up but impossible. Upset to read that there has been disharmony on the thread. This thread has helped so many people, not only with the shopping but also with general questions like how do you get red wine stains out of carpet, what do I do with steradent. This thread also is a life line to people living on their own and just want to pop in for a friendly chat. Please, please lets get back to helping one another and get back to being the friendly thread that first attracted all of us.
I found the deodorant glitch from a womble and it certainly gives me a warm glow when I see people who I don't know benefitting from my find.
So lets all forget what has gone before and continue to help one another xxxxxxxxxxx
On another note can someone tell me what the toothpaste glitch is and what is the trigger item. I know I can rely on you. Many thanks0 -

Thanks, thats a relief
Interesting to see there are a few of us being suspended/verified but ultimately getting APGs honoured
I'm kind of hoping this means I will get future APGs put through with a nod from this SV as he now knows me. It could be a good thing being trouted (depending on whether he knows about the 10 claim/£100 limit)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Mine seems to be giving me a kind of running total
It does when it's working correctly - I found it limited to exactly £100 this month although others have reported having no limits, so maybe they're running an older version or are experiencing a glitch, lol!0 -
