Re JWs, I don't appreciate others forcing their religion on me whatever that religion is, and to do it door-to-door is in my mind an invasion of my privacy and a BIG step too far!

My brother once didn't realise who they were but I knew the second I saw them, I told him if he ever answers the door and sees two people below the age of 60 dressed top-to-toe in beige, he knows they're JWs :D

To stop all the hate and ill feeling, would it not be better to have a separate Asda glitch thread and then run the elite thread as normal?

    Just a thought :o

Yep, agreed. My dad is a Mormon and their religion is a little out there. I don't like it forced on me, I didn't grow up with it and have no interest at all. Doesn't stop my dad 'praying for me' every night. :rotfl: pray harder father!!

Thanks kadison, I think that would be the 4 can packs at that price shown I will have a look. It is the 500ml bottles I am intersted in, Hobgoblin, Badger, Marstons, Speckled Hen etc. ;)

    1. Check your clothes pegs - the rust generally comes off those.
    2. Get yourself down to Tesco for some ariel stain remover £2.27 today only but another £1 off from mag. Oh and if you have a car coupon use that too and they give you 23p towards your shopping:)

Hi Mad ,thought I'd pop in and waste a few minutes of real life and catch up on what's happening on the threads etc .
All ok for me and I hope the same applies toyou and yours , i must admit we've not had a lot of T activity and we don'tlike shoping at Asda for varied reasons (same applies to M's) so we;ve been out of the loop for a while but with some luck we'll be on the merry go round shortly .

I see lots of new names (maybe past lurkers) and some disillusionment amongst what used to be (and still might be)a happy and easy going crowd who once in a while had their spats but soon made it up , it nows seems as tho' things have or are becoming more personal and longer lasting .

I wish all well in here be they new or old etc but for the time been it seems as though the light of mse has become slightly dimmer .

Apologies Mad for not been able to post a positive response :(
I was young once , now I get older all the time .
