I am feeling lots better now thanks Tinyshoes Though not getting out today meant no A$da shop for me either I had my shopping list all ready too

Thanks hun. I am bound to get good days and bad as far as my arthritis goes. I had 'pushed it to back of mind' when Mr 3Dogs was ill and then passed away, and I think it just came out with a vengeance the last few days. I obviously have to do more for myself now, especially with sorting out the house, but I will have to take it easy and take my time

Glad to hear that. I decided I would not go out until I had got a few things done. Had a bad headache mid afternoon and went for a lie down so I am amazed how much I have fitted in today. Hope it is a better day for you tomorrow and those lists can be put to good use. Fingers crossed for you.

Think I am still wide awake because I had that afternoon nap. I will need matchsticks in the morning when everyone else gets up. I must go to bed now.
