My OH was doing a shop tonite and had an Apg for £10.15, the SA refused it saying the numbers on the voucher and the receipt didn't match, he said they had been told not to accept them if they numbers didn't match. SV came over and agreed, OH paid and went to Customer Services where they re-input his receipt and got the same result, however manager said he could not accept it for that shop but wrote on the receipt that it was ok and should be accepted tomorrow!

I think there will have to be some retraining done tomorrow, this is the first problem we have encountered in our local Westw00d.

  • Okay, this was meant to be dealt with via PM but since you have now taken it into the thread let me explain why I had a problem with you and I pmed you about it, rather than thrash it out on the thread.

You came in a deleted my post ONLY my post, you didn't delete any other posts relating to Leenie's comment. I asked you to delete another post which I found offensive and you told me to report it to the forum team. So it's okay that you delete ONLY my posts but anything else has to be reported to the forum team....that's where the power tripping comment came into play. Why is it okay for you to delete just my posts and leave others.

Of course I took it personal and was rather annoyed by it, it appeared to me like you can post what you like as long as your face fits in your books.

Nice to see the insults come flying in since you posted this though ;)

I can't comment on what happened as I didn't read any of it, but respect for speaking up on here and saying your piece.

Sad I know, but I have been going through all the animals in Chester Zoo, with variations of their spellings and post codes :) I suppose Mr, Mrs and Miss C Lyon is very popular :D Nellie and Dumbo Elephant, Leo Lion(s)/Leo Lyon(s) and a whole family of bears (three bears included of course) :D

Wow Chester Zoo must be very big if the animals all have their own postcodes.:rotfl:
