I'm sure they'll be delish. I LOVE fresh fish but rarely buy any. I have no idea why I don't.

Post pics later and make me hungry!

It'll be nice to get a bit of the old thread back. Glad ladyleenie is with us again. Haven't seen fourp for a while. Hope he's ok. Karlie is much missed at the moment too.
Hope HC joins us again. He really puts himself out to help others with their tech probs.

My youngest helped me make my elderberry syrup earlier. It has now cooled enough for bottling. One carrier made well over 2 litres!
Get out and get some peeps. They won't be in season for much longer!
I might get a lot more for freezing for future puds. They go great with apple or in muffins erc.

    That looks really nice .

I made elderberry cordial last year, my kids loved it! :T Im keeping a look out around my usual places but unfortunatly there arent a lot of elderberries and blackberries growing around here this year :( The ones that are, are very small and weedy.

I tried the SP conditioner on my leather settee last night and I worked a treat

Didn't work so well on me hair, though

    :rotfl:

Thanks for the reminder, I'm gonna do mine again later. The leather keeps its sheen for a couple of days. Great stuff.

Can some one please tell me the ambrosia product to buy for the coke glitch :?
It's ambrosia rice pud (not diet or organic tho), or Ambrosia custard (not low fat).

Just trying to catch up on my lunch break and I've snorted my sandwich across the desk. My colleagues are giving me funny looks now :o

8 minutes left to catch up on 5 more pages. Can I make it?

    :D:D Sorry I ruined your sandwich :(

Re: 5 pages in 8 minutes. Its easy. This is what you have to look forward to.

You'll have to come over, lilbert. There is a fantastic spot near me. No one touches em only me. I've not done as well with my blackberries though.

Im getting quite clued up with local hot spots now :j

On Friday, we were at the park after our home ed club with friends. One lady commented that she would like to contribute crab apple jelly for next months nature party buffet but she had no apples on her tree this year. 20 minutes later she was walking back to the play area with a HUGE heaving bag full as I knew of 2 trees a !!!! stride from where we were sat:T

  • Yesterday I did 1 x chunky kitkat and 3 x Wine Gums and it worked. Today I did 1 x chunky kitkat and 3 x All Sorts and it worked... I recall reading at some point over the weekend that Jelly Babies does not work. Can anybody confirm this please, as I really only like the babies :D. TIA
