I downloaded it for my HTC wildfire s.
Go to the google play store; in the search box at the top (with the magnifying glass) type asda. It should be the top one on the list. Click it and check it's right - should look more or less like the asda.com site. Then click again to download. I make sure that I am on wifi when downloading apps as it's free. Only takes a minute or 2 to download, then you are away!

Once downloaded, if you click the top green bar you can choose to enter an apg receipt.

On looking at my receipt the Wine gums have got 2 different bar codes, and one of them didn't even show up on the last apg, that why the prices all seem wrong.

The 2 listed as Boxed Chocolates on my receipt b/c 762221000036 have been price matched, but the others listed as Wine Gums b/c 502327405553 are not matching.

The boxes are still in my car but I remember that they were slightly different. I will take a closer look when I unpack.
