:rotfl::rotfl: (joking!) I've wore out my leather flipflops this summer because I've been wearing them constantly come rain or shine. Since my tendonitis started and my ankle/heel was double it's normal size, I haven't been able to get shoes on  So flip flops have been my only option
But I didn't think they'd be appropriate today so squeezed my feet in into the dollies for the first time in weeks. BAD IDEA!
But atleast I got my stash to comfort me!:cool::rotfl::rotfl:

They are beautiful, you're right Debs that's definitely what I need. Think these will be right up Lala's street too for some strange reason:D:D:D
Hi FC, do you get tendinitis in other joints too or is it only in your ankles. I know frozen shoulder can be agony:oTo do is to be. Rousseau

hope all is well.... Please can I ask a quick question? Could someone please advise me what causes A's to compare against a specific supermarket? Just wondering as I have my first APG to use tomorrow and im hoping to do my first poo glitch but will have about £8 left on apg to use and wanted to get some fairy washing up liquid which is 2 for £2.50 but 2 for £2 in S's...... im worried it may force comparison with S's instead of MrT's
Thanks in advance for you helpx x x
Buy the 870ml ones, they are £2 each in A's but 2 for £3 in T's
Edit: Or buy the 1.2litre one as they don't compare with anyone.0 -

I have only recently started with the tendonitis a few weeks ago in my ankle. I have Osteoporosis so when I can I'm supposed to do as much weight bearing exercise as possible and I was trying to be clever on a good day and ended up doing myself a lot more harm than good!
I've been given Ibuprofen gel by my GP but I'm not supposed to use much due to the fact I'm on Warfarin. It all gets very complicated.
No I don't as of yet have tendonitis in any of my other joints. I have an illness called Lupus and it affects all my joints in a similar fashion to arthritis.
I can imagine in the shoulder it would be agonyIs it something you suffer with regularly? Hopefully this'll be a one time thing, the tendonitis once it goes!
Thank you so much for asking about me :Axx'There are people who have money and people who are rich' :heart2: Coco Chanel0 -
