why buy if you don't need them?RootedNomad wrote: »Morning everyone
Regarding the thread and its ethos, just want to bump 3Dogs' and debsjc's excellent posts from last night. If you are reading the thread rather than skimming, the love and thoughtfulness and care and concern are all still there and peeps are expressing these things
Making a difference is what matters, in which ever way we can. Supporting and helping people is what counts, and for many financial support is what they need in hard times. This has huge value too, everyone has different needs and all folk are equal.
And the fact that this support is available to everyone is what makes this thread such a very marvellous place. Leaving the thread is not the answer. Skip and skim over without comment the stuff you don't like and savour and linger on the stuff you do enjoy. Draw from it what you want and need. Then add more of what you like for the benefit of others. Just like real life really
wise words RN!!:T:TJust done another 3 shops lol.
Couldn't find the jars of mincemeat and was directed to the meat aisle by some poor girl even though i'd said the "jars for making mince pies". She admitted she thought mince pies had minced meat in them. Bless. anyway that deal didnt work as they didn't have R0bins0ns.

we had a young girl on work experience, who was asked to make the tea, I said to her it would be easier to make a pot!
