I'm a total newbie to brewing but I can honestly say that the nicest wine I have ever tasted to date is my elderflower champagne. My first batch went wrong but the second batch was a resounding success. It has made me want to do much more.

I don't ever want to use the kits but continue trying out the old fashioned methods as much as possible using natural yeasts present on the foraged produce, etc. I'm keen to learn off more experienced brewers so please share tips!!!!:)

Some where deep in a cupboard I still have a home brewing book that is full of the old ways I'll dig it out tomorrow as today I'm off to shops then bingo :j
The wheat wine I foraged the wheat off the side of the lane during harvesting next time I asked the farmer for a bucket full :rotfl::rotfl:
I've never used kits for wine but tried one for beer and it was so yukkkkkk

But im about to buy a shed for £900 to go outside as its a pain in the !!! taking it up there all the time.

The only issue with a shed is the damp

I'm only testing one of the products with a coke/ambrosia shop (as there is only one product on the list that we actually use).

I figure that will be a good indicator if the rest of the Johnsons promo will work and then others can try it out.

I'm hoping since Huggies wipes work on the same coke/ambrosia deal that these products will too
