I put my whoopsies on my targeted shops. I've never had a whoopsie compare on my shop. I think they compare if you buy them at T3sco but not Adsa.

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

  • Are the potatoes any good? I have been getting the SP sausage n beans and there every bit as nice as hienz :)

My DS3 lives on toast n beans, I gave him his first SP beans on toast yesterday (unknowing to him) and he didn't bat an eye lid :j looks like I've found a very cheap alternative :T
I haven't tried the SP mushies yet, but think they would be great in home made soup :)

    :hello:Good Evening all :)

Thank you very much locarr for the new thread :T

I was lurking a lot at the tail end of the last thread. My appologies but I do find life very difficult at the moment and like others have been saying, this thread feels like my second home. It's horrible to feel betrayed and worthless in real life let alone when you try and escape from it to somewhere that has previously restored my faith in humanity only to find it destroyed. For these reasons, because of how much I've gained from this thread, how much I rely on it and how much I know others do too, I feel that it would be frivolous for us to not post/lurk even if we are hurt, as doing this will ensure the permanent demise of the Elite and that be a great loss. One that I am not prepared to accept.

So here I am, reporting for duty :D

Nikki the APG thread was a wonderful idea and thank you very much for starting it in an attempt to restore the community feel that we have worked so hard to build. Please do not take the decision for it to be closed personally, it wasn't your fault and you weren't to know the rules :A

No offence meant towards you Redfox :A You do a fantastic job with us xx

Lastly on the same subject I want to say that the introduction of newbies to this thread is welcomedby me with open arms. If you feel that you are likeminded to us, as have so many that have joined us recently please do not take the recent uproar personally. I am sorry to each and every one of you that has joined this lovely thread and contributed with your finds, results or advice and support for others. Equally I know that there are a lot of people that thank posts but do not post themselves and yes it would be lovely to hear from you but I can understand not posting. I don't even work at the moment and even before the APG glitches, I was finding it incredibly hard to catch up, let alone post. Please don't go into hiding and please understand that I am sure, the frustrations of late are derived from sheer panic at preserving this lovely group, that we would love you to be a part of too :A

Come on kids, cuddle in :D

What a fantastic post FC :T
I'm trying to snuggle in with everyone else :D
Hope youve had a good day :)

They sell the 125ml Colgate total everywhere except A's doh!!

    It's £1.99 in Mr S or £2.99 3 for 2 in Mr W or Boots :)

If you go on the Colgate website and take the healthy mouth challenge, you can also print off 2 (using the back button) 50p off coupons for Colgate Total :)

  • Hello everyone and help!

As I've said previously I cant join in the this lovely Mr a apg business because we only have a mr t and it's many many miles to the nearest Mr a.

I was just wondering why the mr a prices compare with such ridiculously low prices in mr t. I'm totally confused obviously mr t aren't selling the things for these prices so why are mr a comparing them at that?

Please please someone put me out of my misery and explain it to me!!![/QUOTE]

    Here's why

    (x^2 - 16)(x - 3)^2 + 9x^2 = 0
    x^2(x - 3)^2 - 16(x - 3)^2 + 9x^2 = 0
    x^2(x^2 - 6x + 9) - 16(x - 3)^2 + 9x^2 = 0
    x^4 - 6x^3 + 18x^2 - 16(x - 3)^2 = 0
    x^4 - 6x^2(x - 3) - 16(x - 3)^2 = 0

    :D:p:D

:rotfl: you lost me at (x^2 :rotfl:

Improving slowly thanks blondynurse. Got some good news tonight, if he does ok over the weekend they are going to start letting him come home for 4 hours a day from Monday. I have to pick him up and take him back in but at least we'll get some decent time with him in our own home.

They are giving his new meds a chance to kick in before they think about discharging him. Its one step at a time just now but at least it's going in the right direction.

    Thanks for asking:A

So pleased to hear this fairclaire. You are right one step at a time.

Evening fellow eliters :hello: I'm back :D l
Thanks to everyone who has sent me best wishes, I've read them all from the last thread but not from this one yet (but i will). Silvercar, I loved the story you posted over telling your OH about a tiger ast being seen in A.. :rotfl:

Tiger cub was born just before 5pm yesterday.... a little girl called Polly. Those 3 A shops i did for coke and Nivea glitches worked at bringing on my contractions, my last receipt showed as 11.15am and 6 hours later I had a baby :rotfl: Do i get a badge for dedication to Elite 11+? ;)

I would have posted earlier but i stayed in overnight (just because of the time) and had no reception whatsoever on my phone. Then a delay in my paperwork meant i only got discharged at 4pm today.

Anyway, here is a pic of Tigercub as I know you want to see her.. Lots of love to you all, i missed you. xx
P.S. Locarr, thanks for the thread, Long may it be full of friendship and support to people
