Oh Tigerwhite - she is absolutely beautiful and Polly is a great name. Many congrats.
I cant believe that you were shopping or should I say glitching right up to the day! but then as you say that is true dedication. I salute you :T.
In the clearance section of our T's extra they had loads of pink cot bedding, bumpers and cot tidys, you probably have all that but just thought I would mention.tigerwhite wrote: »Evening fellow eliters :hello: I'm backl
Thanks to everyone who has sent me best wishes, I've read them all from the last thread but not from this one yet (but i will). Silvercar, I loved the story you posted over telling your OH about a tiger ast being seen in A.. :rotfl:
Tiger cub was born just before 5pm yesterday.... a little girl called Polly. Those 3 A shops i did for coke and Nivea glitches worked at bringing on my contractions, my last receipt showed as 11.15am and 6 hours later I had a baby :rotfl: Do i get a badge for dedication to Elite 11+?
I would have posted earlier but i stayed in overnight (just because of the time) and had no reception whatsoever on my phone. Then a delay in my paperwork meant i only got discharged at 4pm today.
Anyway, here is a pic of Tigercub as I know you want to see her.. Lots of love to you all, i missed you. xx
P.S. Locarr, thanks for the thread, Long may it be full of friendship and support to peopleWhen I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think

I hope this hasn't been posted yet, but the new sept/oct free tesco magazine has vouchers inside for ariel, bold liquitabs,Lenor, and 2 for tesco's own conc. liquid and conditioner. If you still have any of the "car" coupons left you should be able to use 2 on a product.
I was in Asda earlier this evening and did a poo shop and other bits. The total came to £33. , and I had an apg for £17.When the sa saw it she went to a manager and showed it her. She eventually came back and said the manager was coming down . When the manager eventually came down, I had by now waited 30 minutes, she told me that there was a glitch in the system and they were aware of it and it should be fixed in a few days time .She said as I had not shopped there before she would allow me to use the apg but would sign my new receipt to say I could not claim a new apg on it.:(
She was very polite to be fair, but can she really do that ?
As I was leaving she was instructing about 5 sa on what to do.
I would say no she shouldn't have done that. As far as I know, A's T&C's havent been amended.
Given the above, and the amount of time you had to wait, I'd be inclined to contact their customer services.
Sounds rather like the manager has decided to take things into her own hands, rather than a company wide policy. If so, she's out of order. The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -

I would have told them not to do it and then called HO. That is well out of order.0 -
Thanks midwinter you have given me an idea - can return and say they wanted Pepsi not coke . Got to have an excuse for the three lots.
Then I could return the shampoo from shop two.
Finally start over doing it right this time !:D
If I go to ss tills should i use vouchers first then return items or return items then use vouchers.?0 -

I'd give HO a call - Asda have a promise that your shop will be 10% cheaper than the rest of the supermarkets. She has just denied you that promise on the shop you did today. I doubt she has the authority to make that decision, so HO should be very apologetic.
It's only a game
