My initial reaction to your posts was pretty much the same as everyone else on this thread, i.e this guy's a greedy nutter who's gonna bring down the apg system single handed.
However, when you look at your reasoning, it is not flawed at all and seems to make perfect sense.- The system is in place so that Asda get all our cash, not Tesco or any other supermarket.
- Why fanny around with vouchers under £10 which means you have to buy loads of sp items that you don't want or need? Better off buying more items each time which cover the 8 item limit.
- I had a ball during DTD last year and have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that the apg system will be withdrawn/severely restricted very, very soon, regardless of who does what. We should all therefore batter the living daylights out of it asap.
- Basically, what I am saying is that I am now a member of the Henlans fan club. From tomorrow I am going to go from 5 x £10ish vouchers that I use twice a day to 3 x £20 ones. This'll make life easier and mean that I have to buy no sp products.
Why do you buy 'loads' of sp items?
I tend to buy 1 sp conditioner 2 expensive shampoos and then 5 other items that don't have to match, so i just buy the cheapest items in store or stuff I actually want
You only need 1 item to match not 8!!0 -
Thanks for your replys - how could I have gone so wrong when I was hours trying to work it all out ! Just looked at my lists and I had them written out seperate T and S . Then in the excitement ran into A and threw everything into the basket I could remember.
Dont mind taking coke and rice back but ive printed off the voucher now so is it too late for shop one to return coke ?
shop 2 even worse
I did the same shop twice but with the cheese dlea and 3 x mature chedders aswell as shampoo and coke . Oh God what a mess.
Would I be best taking the shampoo back instead then would be coke and cheese voucher . What happens if you return part of the items then put in the receipt to compare prices ?0 -

I took the hit on the first one but glad this one worked for her. Had more on my list but they didn't have them. They are on a post on the last thread though. HTH
My daugher is having a baby in jan so this the food i got for 4 months and 7 months will help her not to pay for the food. thanks for the info.0 -

That honestly wasn't the intention. I was interested in other views; but it clearly wasn't a good idea to ask. Sorry everyone!

Don't take it to heart, I'm sure once people realise you were just worried about the impact such a high APG would have on the scheme, they'll calm down a little. I hope you don't feel bad about asking.0 -
Hi everyone as usual have not read the last xx number of pages been out  but what I have just noticed is in my supermarket when you have an item in your basket and it says 3 for 2 for instance if you click on that it gives you everything else in the offer.
No doubt the elite know that but I have just found it and it has got to make it easier to see what the cheapest or most usable cheap item is in that offer.
I have been looking for herbal essence anti breakage shampoo but can not find it on tesco, asda or sainsburys anyone know if it is now called hello hydration or am I just missing it.When The Fun Stops Stop
