i'm having same problem - can't print my APG :eek::eek::eek::mad::mad::mad:

we have 2 laptops connected to wireless printer

i printed them off before from one of the laptops

i have reached a £100 limit

i cleared cookies / browsing history etc. on both laptops, tried using IE in private mode, different email addresses, post codes ect..

NOTHING is working i can't print my APG

do i need to go to library to print them off????

Private browsing didn't work. I wonder does it remember the details from the first time I put it in. When I've tried re-inputting it and press print voucher, it doesn't go to the screen for name, address and email, just straight to £100 limit message! Just have to take the hit (£3!)
