Hi, did you use a different home address to claim? As perhaps it's tracked the household address as its a per household limit.

try diff email addy, name, house number and postcode just make them up

I got that yesterday i am no where near it had to re enter it then it said invalid email so added another email before going to voucher screen worked fine.

Guys seem to be ok with the large apgs i used one this morning for over £29 and the SA just smiled and i'm just about to use one for £16 If anyone were to ask me anything i am ready to say " I dunno the OH just gave me this and told me to use it " :A
